- Unlike any other garden in South Florida, the Morikami Japanese Gardens & Museum is a must see. Your children will love feeding the koi fish and turtles. Make sure to come with an appetite because the Cornell Cafe has a great selection of sushi and other traditional Japanese foods. One of m favorite parts of any museum has to be the gift shop! And this one had beautiful Japanese plates, tea sets and lanterns. My daughter loved all of the funky kids toys and Hello Kitty items.

- Get up early , gas up the car and head over to Lion Country Safari for a fun filled day. Start off the day with the walking part and finish off the day with the drive through safari. It’s a little bit of a drive but it’s worth it!
